  1. Take 1 bag cleaned collard greens
  2. Get 1 ham hock bone or leftover ham bone

Instructions to make Collard Greens:
  1. Place ham hock in pot and pour bag over it then top with ham and bacon pieces add seasonings now.. I use salt lightly, pepper, garlic, and laity it of Lawrys salt
  2. Place on a medium high heat once it comes to boil you will hear a simmer stir and cover pot with lid .. Looks similar to this
  3. Stir occasionally for at least 2 hrs I do mine on lowest setting simmer.. They will turn a dark green.. But taste as you go you might not like yours as tender as mine!

They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Your mood can really be helped by green tea. You were just waiting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea is rich in a certain amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies show that this specific amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You knew that green tea helps you become a lot healthier. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to raise your moods as well!
