This chat is basically made by stuffing crispy puffed golgappa puris with boiled and smashed potatoes, then topping with variety of chutneys, curd, sev, onion, chat masala, roasted cumin (jeera) powder which finally results in a perfect sweet, tangy and spicy evening snack.

The ingredients needed to make Golgappa Chat:
  1. Make ready 20 homemade golgappa
  2. Get 20 tsp curd
  3. Prepare 20 tsp sonth
  4. Get 20 tsp pudina chutney
  5. Take 4 boiled & mashed potatoes
  6. Get as per taste salt
  7. Get as per taste chat masala
  8. Get as required Chopped coriander leaves according to need

Break the golgappas a little for stuffing potatoes. Stuff the mashed potatoes and then place the golgappas in the plate. Now spread chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies over it. With a spoon, pour the curd and then sprinkle all the spices namely red chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala.

Instructions to make Golgappa Chat:
  1. Make a hole in the center of each golgappa.
  2. Add salt & chat masala to mashed potatoes. Take some stuffing of it & put it in the center of each golgappa.
  3. Pour purina chutney,then curd then sondh on it.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve
