Steps to make Gajar ka murabba:
  1. Carrots saf kar ke kadu kash kar lain.
  2. Add sugar in it and cover it for half an hr without flame.
  3. Half an hr baad carrots pani chor dain gi. Ab flame on karain. Add cardamom.
  4. Medium flame py pakain. Jab pani dry ho jaye or sheera thick ho jaye to apni marzi sy almonds or pistachios add kar lain.
  5. Final look.

They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is really great for your mood. You just knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is high in a particular amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You likely already knew it is not hard to get healthy when you consume green tea. Now you are aware that green tea can help improve your mood too!
