Gajar ka murabba is carrot preserve. For making gajar murabba carrots are cooked in sugar syrup flavored with a few spices. The end result is a juicy, syrupy, tender and soft carrots which taste too good. Carrot Murabba is a recipe which is prepared with carrots, sugar, star anise and saffron.

Carrot murabba is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Carrot murabba is something which I have loved my whole life.

The ingredients needed to make Carrot murabba:
  1. Take 1/2 kg carrot
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 bowl sugar
  3. Take 1 lemon

On a low flame, cook till carrots are tender and liquid evaporates leaving sticky, chutney- like consistency. Remove from heat; fill in warm sterilized jars. If the carrot have more of yellow part in it, then cut the carrot in two parts and take out the yellow part from it.

  1. Peel and clean the carrot.and cut into peaces.
  2. Take a pan add 4 cups of water and boil it after it put carrot peaces and 5 min..boil it..after 4 min off the flame and rest it 5 min.
  3. Wash the peaces with cold water and dry it on towel.
  4. After this take a bowl put carrot peaces and covered with sugar and rest it 4 hours.after this carrot peaces to remove water.cook it when sugar boil check the syrup consitancy (1/2 string) then off the flame and add lemon juice..ready cool.iy and store..healthy.
