  1. Peel off raw mango and grate it.
  2. Crushed dry fruits
  3. In a nonstick pan take ghee…heat it.
  4. Add grated raw mango till it becomes golden in colour.
  5. Add dry fruits and again saute it for 2-3 min.
  6. Then add water in it let it should be boil till mango becomes tender
  7. Then add sugar boil it and keep it on simmer till it becomes slight thick
  8. Add red colour and salt.turn off the gas after one minute
  9. Serve in bowl…decorate it with crushed pista.
