Choose a good melting cheese to make it super delicious. We love using classic slices of american cheese because the flavor is great and melts super quick. The traditional grilled Cheddar-cheese sandwich is elevated with an assortment of herbs. Excellent way to spice up grilled cheese!

Instructions to make BPT Grilled Cheese:
  1. Cut bacon in half and fry in skillet on medium high heat, around 4 minutes on each side. Set aside
  2. Brush bread with butter and lightly ahake with garlic salt.
  3. Place bread, butter side down, into cast iron skillet on medium heat. Brush opposite side of bread with butter. Cook until brown and flip, around 3 pminutes.
  4. Lower heat to low medium and put cheese on each slice of bread, alternating gouda and provolone on each slice. After around 2 minutes add bacon, tomato, and pickles to cheese.
  5. Close sandwich and flip after browned, around 5 minutes. Brown other side around 5 minutes, remove from skillet, cut in half and serve

The traditional grilled Cheddar-cheese sandwich is elevated with an assortment of herbs. Excellent way to spice up grilled cheese! I did cut back a little on all the herbs. Wish I had found this sooner! Grilling a grilled cheese sandwich is a great idea if you're camping or if you want to keep your kitchen cool in the summer.

It’s easy to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! These grains can elevate your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Green tea is truly good for your mood. You knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is high in a specific amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid actually induces brain waves. This helps raise your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You probably already knew how easy it is to be healthy when you consume green tea. And now you know it can help you be happier as well!
